Network Recruiter

Job Summary

To meet vendor and contractor network goals, the fully remote Network Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting by sourcing, screening, and onboarding contractors and vendors while ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and build a robust pipeline of contractor network vendors using various search methods
• Manage the interview, selection, and onboarding processes in accordance with company policies
• Conduct outreach campaigns to enroll qualified contractor candidates into the vendor network

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a prior sales role and vendor management required
• Prior experience managing a large sales territory is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills required
