Network Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

To support the growth of a leading provider organization, the full-time Network Recruitment and Development Specialist will develop and maintain the PPO network, conduct provider orientations, and serve as a liaison among treatment providers, clients, and patients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and maintain the PPO network through provider identification, solicitation, and rate negotiation
• Assist in conducting provider orientations and training sessions as needed
• Serve as a liaison with treatment providers and resolve issues in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Three years of provider relations experience, preferably in a PPO/HMO setting
• Experience in a managed care/PPO environment
• Familiarity with case management and utilization review functions
• Experience with fiscal issues, rate negotiations, and contractual terms
