Network Security Engineer

Job Summary

To advance network security initiatives, the full-time remote Network Security Engineer will define strategy, architecture, and lifecycle management for global network security platforms while collaborating with engineering and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define enterprise network security architecture and lead the strategy for Zero Trust and SASE technologies
• Drive network security engineering improvements and advance automation practices to enhance operational efficiency
• Support major incidents and ensure the availability of global network security services through collaboration with operations teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 12+ years of enterprise IT experience, with at least 6 years in network security engineering
• Strong expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and intrusion prevention/detection systems (IPS/IDS)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, SD-WAN, and F5 technologies
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or Palo Alto PCNSE
