Network Security Engineer

Job Summary

Providing engineering and operational support for the company's network security infrastructure, the full-time salaried Network Security Engineer will design and implement security solutions, manage performance and capacity planning, and assist with troubleshooting complex issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement network security solutions, including firewalls and VPNs
• Provide Tier 3 support for network security incidents and manage infrastructure performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure network architectures and support compliance requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant technical or business field
• 5-8 years of enterprise network security experience with a focus on firewalls and VPN technologies
• Experience in a regulated global environment, preferably in manufacturing
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work with diverse technical teams
• Familiarity with automation and cloud network security infrastructure is preferred
