Network Services Associate

Job Summary

Handling data entry and provider inquiries, the full-time hourly Network Services Associate will analyze data sets, process billing disputes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to email inquiries and disputes from providers and clients while providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with Finance and Provider Management to resolve billing issues and state disputes within regulatory timeframes
• Document and update information in billing systems accurately and assist in training new team members as needed

Required qualifications

• Preferred college education with a minimum of two years in a clerical setting, ideally in healthcare
• Experience in workers' compensation or call center environments is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CPT, ICD10, and medical billing regulations
• Ability to work independently and express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
