Job Summary
Owning the architecture design, delivery, and roadmap for a dedicated engineering team, the full-time remote Network Solutions Engineering Manager will ensure high-quality software delivery while actively engaging in hands-on engineering tasks and fostering collaboration with product management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture design and delivery of physical and virtual networking products, ensuring accountability for engineering outcomes
- Engage in hands-on coding, review pull requests, and manage the AI harness to drive engineering excellence

Required qualifications
- 7+ years in software engineering with at least 1 year of formal or informal leadership experience

- Proven track record of delivering software to committed timelines and managing production on-call rotations
