Network Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting critical network security and infrastructure efforts, the remote Network Specialist will manage configuration, support, and architectural design for next-generation firewalls and related network platforms in a contract position.
Key responsibilities
- Perform configuration, support, and architectural design for enterprise network security, focusing on next-generation firewalls
- Ensure stable and secure operations using Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls, Cisco ASA firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs
- Configure and support F5 BIG-IP appliances as part of the enterprise network architecture and service delivery
Required qualifications
- 2 years of experience in computer forensic activities
- 7 years of experience in configuration, support, and architectural design in an enterprise environment within the last 10 years
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs
- Experience with F5 BIG-IP appliances and modules
