Job Summary
To support a mission-critical project for the Cisco UC Manager and Session Border Controller platform, the full-time Network UC Subject Matter Expert will plan, design, deploy, and provide ongoing support for network infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in business planning meetings to recommend effective network solutions that meet capacity and performance requirements
- Document administrative items, projects, and support issues to provide references for team members and management
- Manage and optimize the monitoring and diagnosis of deployed network systems, providing documentation on outages and performance concerns
Required qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain TS security clearance and be a U.S. Citizen
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, including Cisco Call Manager and Voice Gateways
- Experience designing, deploying, and sustaining Cloud SaaS VoIP providers
- 8570 Compliant / CCNP Voice OS certification or ability to obtain
- 10 years of technology experience in Voice/Video preferred
