Networking Solutions Specialist
Job Summary
To support solution growth objectives, the full-time Networking Solutions Specialist will act as the technical point of contact for networking solutions, collaborating with sales teams and maintaining advanced knowledge of networking technologies while engaging with customers to recommend relevant solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains advanced knowledge of networking solutions to recommend and compare products and services
- Engages with customers to uncover business needs and discuss networking solutions at a conceptual level
- Collaborates with sales teams to provide best practices and guidance on networking solutions and services opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, or 3+ years of technical solutions sales and/or hands-on networking experience
- Demonstrated success in engaging with and supporting sales teams
- Technical accreditations and/or certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or equivalent networking certifications are a plus
- Ability to present networking solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong passion for learning and teaching others
