Networking Technology Lead
Job Summary
To lead the networking practice's architectural direction, the full-time Networking Technology Lead will design standards and technology strategy, collaborate on complex customer engagements, and ensure high-quality solutions are delivered remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a library of networking architecture standards, reference designs, and configuration patterns
- Own the networking technology roadmap, evaluating emerging platforms and making strategic technology investment recommendations
- Serve as the technical authority in pre-sales engagements, ensuring customer solution designs align with delivery standards
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of networking engineering or architecture experience, with at least 3 years in a design-focused role
- Expert-level knowledge in core networking domains including routing, switching, security-edge, and SD-WAN
- Experience designing enterprise networking solutions in multi-site and hybrid cloud environments
- Familiarity with AI-driven network management and automation platforms
- Strong documentation skills for creating architecture diagrams and design guides
