Neuroscience Health Economics Director

Job Summary

Contributing to the development of GHEOR strategy for neuroscience indications, the full-time Associate Director, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (GHEOR) will manage innovative plans, lead HEOR studies, and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of GHEOR strategy to demonstrate the value of neuroscience assets, focusing on psychiatry indications
• Develop and execute GHEOR plans, including real-world evidence generation and economic modeling
• Lead HEOR studies and manage projects from concept through execution, including dissemination of findings

Required qualifications

• PhD in Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Health Services Research preferred; Master's degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outcomes research or health economics
• Experience executing research in a matrix organization, preferably within a pharmaceutical company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex issues clearly
• Experience in neuroscience is preferred
