Nevada Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing civil defense practice, the full-time Nevada Licensed Associate Attorney will manage case strategies, maintain direct client relationships, and handle litigation responsibilities, including court appearances and trials, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies and manage court appearances, depositions, and trials
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients while building and nurturing relationships
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth and success

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of Nevada
• 3+ years of insurance defense experience preferred
• 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
