Job Summary

Leading a remote team of Therapists and Care Extenders, the full-time salaried Nevada Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will implement programs aimed at improving member health and wellness through personalized case management while ensuring operational, clinical, and financial outcomes are met.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and support a care team, guiding members in developing skills for managing problems and enhancing interpersonal relationships
  • Monitor and evaluate member progress, ensuring comprehensive service plans are in place and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Participate in team training, hiring, and performance reviews to build team skills and maintain program effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management from an accredited university
  • Independent clinical behavioral health license in the state of Nevada (LCSW, CPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
  • Experience leading and implementing programs with measurable outcomes
  • Experience with crisis management, particularly in adolescent and young adult populations
  • Preferred experience managing interdisciplinary care teams
