Nevada Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote care team, the full-time Nevada Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will manage therapists and care extenders to implement programs, support member engagement, and achieve operational outcomes in the Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized service plans for members, guiding them in skill development and relapse prevention
• Monitor member progress and coordinate with team members to ensure comprehensive care and effective crisis intervention
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of team members while ensuring compliance with program goals and key performance indicators

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management from an accredited university
• Independent clinical behavioral health license in Nevada (LCSW, CPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
• Experience in leading and implementing behavioral health programs
• Familiarity with crisis intervention and care management for adolescents and young adults
• Preferred experience in health coaching or medical social work
