Job Summary
To support home health services, the full-time Nevada Licensed Clinical Nurse Consultant will create and evaluate educational programs, lead staff development activities, and monitor quality of patient care while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Creates, implements, and evaluates education and quality programs for nursing staff
- Leads staff development activities and conducts educational needs assessments
- Monitors quality of patient care in the home environment and develops policies for regulatory compliance
Required qualifications:
- Active unrestricted RN license in the state of Nevada
- High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in healthcare or nursing preferred
- 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, including home healthcare
- Knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements and principles of adult learning
- Demonstrated ability to lead staff development initiatives and implement process improvement plans
