Job Summary
To support mental health care in rural schools across Nevada, the full-time salaried Nevada Licensed Clinical Supervisor will deliver direct care to students and families, supervise associate licensed therapists, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12 students and school staff
- Participate in case discussions and support transitions to community care providers
- Supervise MSW practicum interns and LCSW-track associate clinicians while delivering cultural competency training
Required qualifications
- Active, independent Nevada LCSW license with clinical supervisor approval and no disciplinary restrictions
- Minimum of three years of full-time clinical practice and at least two years of clinical supervision experience
- Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing
- Demonstrated experience serving Native and/or tribal populations or membership in a Native or tribal community
- Access to reliable, high-speed internet and availability for after-school hours
