Nevada Licensed Concierge Nurse Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a Spanish Bilingual Nevada Licensed Concierge Nurse Consultant, the fully remote position will manage up to 5-7 new cases daily, performing risk assessments, providing claimant service, and ensuring effective communication among all parties involved in the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments through empathetic interviews with injured workers over the phone
• Provide exceptional claimant service and establish trust with injured workers while guiding the clinical oversight needed for each claim
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure all delegated tasks are completed and keep all parties informed on case progress

Required qualifications

• Degree from an applicable program and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting
• Active Registered Nursing license or equivalent within the state of practice
• Experience in triaging injuries or other medical issues is desirable
• Empathetic and patient-centric disposition motivated to assist individuals dealing with injury-related setbacks
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, process-based environment
