Job Summary
To support legal and insurance needs, the full-time salaried Nevada Licensed Construction Expert will provide expert testimony, conduct building inspections, and analyze construction documents while collaborating with clients and team members in a flexible remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the designated Expert Witness for lawsuits and insurance claims, providing testimony and documentation
- Conduct site investigations and prepare detailed inspection summaries, including photographs and notes
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales team to develop strategies and prepare necessary documentation for expert services
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of construction experience or a combination of relevant education and field experience
- General Contractor License
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Prior experience as a designated Expert Witness in construction-related litigation
- Applicable licenses and certifications that support expertise in the construction field
