Nevada Licensed Construction Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a financial retail banking client, the full-time Nevada Licensed Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects remotely, ensuring project planning, execution, and documentation meet strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all areas of project management, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
- Work with clients to prepare project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and risk identification
- Direct the project delivery team and track project progress, implementing action plans to mitigate risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education will be considered
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
