Nevada Licensed Health Care Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth organization, the remote Nevada Licensed Health Care Attorney will manage compliance programs, provide regulatory guidance across various teams, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations while building a robust compliance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run an effective compliance program aligned with OIG guidance, including policies, training, and risk assessments
• Own the legal integrity of the PC-MSO structure, managing agreements and training non-clinical leadership on compliance matters
• Advise cross-functional teams on regulatory strategy, ensuring compliance while shaping new products and care models

Required qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with eligibility to serve as in-house counsel in Nevada
• 6-8+ years of healthcare regulatory experience at a top healthcare regulatory practice or in-house at a provider, digital health, or payer organization
• Direct experience with PC-MSO structures and knowledge of CPOM, fee-splitting doctrines, and telehealth regulations
• Experience in advising on healthcare compliance programs and providing risk-calibrated guidance for commercial teams
• Familiarity with DEA telemedicine prescribing and multi-state licensure requirements
