Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Nevada Licensed Medicare Agent will assist seniors in navigating Medicare options while building their own business with comprehensive training and ongoing support, all on a commission-based compensation structure.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with leads provided to sell Medicare and Life insurance products
• Complete training through Connie Academy to understand Medicare fundamentals and compliance requirements
• Utilize proprietary technology and tools to streamline the quoting and enrollment process

Required qualifications

• Active health insurance license is required (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify)
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, or insurance
• No prior Medicare sales experience is necessary; welcome new agents with less than one year of experience
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a business
• Comfortable using digital tools and sales platforms
