Nevada Licensed Medicare Sales Representative

Job Summary

Connecting with clients to guide them through their insurance options, the temporary Nevada Licensed Medicare Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound inquiries, facilitate the enrollment process, and provide exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new client sales through various marketing channels and handle customer service inquiries
• Educate clients on insurance products and facilitate the enrollment process for new and renewing customers
• Maintain departmental metrics and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while representing the company professionally

Required qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance License and AHIP Certification
• 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume contact center environment
• Commitment to customer service excellence and integrity
