Job Summary
To support clients globally, the full-time Nevada Licensed Network Support Technician will assist with the setup and troubleshooting of IP camera systems, manage support tickets, and ensure seamless video data transmission while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt solutions to user-submitted support tickets and troubleshoot network and hardware issues
- Monitor network performance and respond to outages to maintain optimal video and data transmission
- Provision and configure new IP camera installations and adjust camera settings for user needs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of experience managing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems in enterprise environments
- Experience in setting up and maintaining complex IP network infrastructures
- Proficiency in installation and configuration of IP-based video surveillance systems
- Solid understanding of Linux-based systems and command-line tools
