Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Nevada Licensed Paralegal will provide legal support to the Workers' Compensation Attorney by managing litigation processes, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with case management protocols in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Processing litigation issues and ensuring timely management of case files
- Drafting legal documents and collaborating with the attorney to implement litigation plans
- Monitoring deadlines and maintaining communication with clients regarding discovery issues
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in paralegal studies, actively enrolled in an accredited Juris Doctorate program, or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Thorough knowledge of legal principles, terminology, and government regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and manage multiple tasks
