Job Summary
To support a dedicated team, the full-time Nevada Licensed Personal Injury Paralegal will manage complex litigation matters, assist attorneys with trial preparation, and maintain communication with clients, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of litigation case progression, including drafting pleadings and ensuring compliance with court rules
- Preparing and finalizing settlement documentation, including auditing subrogation liens and submitting required court filings
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and guidance
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Certificate in legal studies, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent training and experience as a litigation paralegal
- At least one year of litigation experience as a personal injury paralegal
- Thorough knowledge of legal principles, legal research techniques, and legal terminology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and capable of using databases and online technological platforms
- Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of clients and the Firm
