Nevada Licensed Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support provider enrollment into the State of Nevada Medicaid Program, the remote Nevada Licensed Provider Enrollment Specialist will review and process Medicaid applications, perform outreach to providers, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process Medicaid provider enrollment and revalidation applications according to Nevada Medicaid guidelines
• Perform outreach to providers via phone and email to gather necessary documentation for enrollment
• Collaborate with clients to review and obtain approvals on applications and updates as needed

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years working experience in a customer service role
• At least two years of provider enrollment experience is highly desired
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to resolve problems and issues promptly and effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
