Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide remote medication management for patients with mental health conditions, focusing on initial assessments and ongoing treatment plans.
Key responsibilities
- Treat patients within the state(s) of licensure through video call sessions
- Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations for new referrals and Evaluation & Management sessions for established patients
- Manage patient treatment plans and submit clinical documentation using the provided platform
Required qualifications
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license and individual NPI number
- Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
- Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable internet connection
- Independent liability insurance with minimum coverage of 1 million occurrence/3 million aggregate
