Job Summary
To provide compassionate psychiatric care remotely, the part-time Nevada Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medication for patients through a telehealth platform.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing psychiatric follow-up care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with healthcare professionals for continuity of care
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada
- Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) certification
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Experience treating adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly desirable
