Job Summary

Seeking a Nevada Licensed Resident Physician, the part-time Urgent Care Pathways Resident Physician will receive mentorship from experienced physicians while enhancing their final months of training in a value-based care model, with a focus on outpatient care in Las Vegas.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in a customized mentorship program to ease the transition from training to practice
• Gain exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various care settings
• Engage in initiatives aimed at improving population health and patient care

Required qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• PGY3 or Chief Resident status in Residency
• Desire to practice outpatient care in Nevada
