Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims in Nevada, utilizing their expertise to analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication with involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while making informed decisions
• Interact extensively with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Nevada Adjusters' license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
