Nevada Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, Arizona, or Texas, the Infusion Pharmacy Technician will manage inbound and outbound call center communications, oversee patient case management for bleeding disorder and alpha-1 patients, and collaborate with pharmacy partners to ensure coordinated care.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and service requests through efficient call center communication
• Handle patient case management, including monthly refills and assessments, to meet performance standards
• Collaborate with pharmacists, sales, and nursing teams to provide coordinated patient care

Required qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Nevada or Arizona (if located in Nevada), or Texas (if located in Texas)
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
• 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to navigate complex computer systems
