New Business Case Manager

Job Summary

Taking ownership of assigned life insurance applications, the full-time New Business Case Manager will act as a liaison between proposed insureds, underwriters, and vendors, ensuring accurate processing and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify the completeness of applications and related documents for regulatory compliance and approval
• Accurately enter data into various systems to document case activity and ensure timely processing of life insurance policy contracts
• Provide professional service to inquiries, effectively communicate policies, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Required qualifications

• Some college education preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, with telephone experience
• 6+ months of experience as a New Business Assistant Case Manager or similar role
• Basic knowledge of medical conditions and terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing at least 40 WPM
