New Business Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote New Business Case Manager will review and process case work, analyze information for appropriate actions, and ensure timely communication with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Review, evaluate, and process case work according to department procedures
• Analyze case information and identify appropriate actions while ensuring system updates
• Communicate effectively with producers and external parties, setting proper expectations

Required qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services industry
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven capability to handle high-volume, fast-paced assignments with accuracy
• Understanding of New Business and Underwriting terminology
