New Hampshire Licensed Claim Biller

Job Summary

To support healthcare facilities in New Hampshire, the full-time Institutional & ProFee Claim Biller - Commercial & Medicaid will manage claims processing for Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics, overseeing patient billing, collections, and third-party payer relations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry
• Implement processes for accurate billing and follow-up on third-party approvals and overdue accounts
• Assist in managing employees by providing coaching, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle billing experience, including Acute Hospital and/or Physician claims
• Experience with Claims and Denial Queues
• Familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims is required
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
