New Hampshire Licensed Claim Biller

Job Summary

To support critical access hospitals and rural health clinics in New Hampshire, the full-time Institutional & ProFee Claim Biller will manage patient billing, collections, and claims processing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry
• Implement procedures for follow-up on third-party approvals and ensure accurate billing in accordance with established standards
• Assist in managing employees through coaching, training, and performance evaluations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle billing experience, including acute hospital and physician claims
• Experience with claims and denial queues is required
• Familiarity with commercial claims is required
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
