New Hampshire Licensed Claim Biller

Job Summary

To support the billing operations for Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics in New Hampshire, the full-time remote Institutional & ProFee Claim Biller will manage patient billing, collections, and insurance claims processing while ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry
• Implement and recommend process improvements for billing and collections
• Ensure accurate and timely billing in accordance with third-party requirements and maintain quality customer service

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle billing experience, including Acute Hospital and Physician claims
• Experience with claims and denial queues is required
• Familiarity with commercial claims is required
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
