New Hampshire Licensed Claim Biller

Job Summary

To support the billing operations of Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics in New Hampshire, the full-time Institutional & ProFee Claim Biller - Commercial & Medicaid will manage patient billing, collections, and insurance claims processing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry
• Implement controls for accurate submission, billing, and collection processes in compliance with established procedures
• Assist in managing employees by providing coaching, training, and performing necessary disciplinary actions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle billing experience, including Acute Hospital and Physician (Profee) claims
• Experience with claims and denial queues
• Familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims is required
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
