Job Summary
To support a growing network, the part-time contracted New Hampshire Licensed Dietitian will conduct virtual nutritional care for patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause transitions, collaborating with a multi-specialty care team to enhance patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife patients
- Collaborate with medical providers and therapists to create cohesive, holistic care plans
- Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and related concerns
Required qualifications
- National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) with a New Hampshire license
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in evidence-based nutrition counseling
- Commitment to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong clinical independence and a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care
