Job Summary
To support a growing network, the part-time contract Registered Dietitian (RD) with a New Hampshire License will provide virtual nutritional care for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions while collaborating with a multi-specialty care team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits to deliver personalized nutritional care
- Collaborate with medical providers and therapists to create cohesive care plans
- Facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes through multi-week patient programs
Required qualifications
- National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) with a valid license in any US state
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in evidence-based nutrition counseling
- Commitment to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care
