New Hampshire Licensed Primary Care Physician

Job Summary

To support primary care teams remotely, the full-time New Hampshire Licensed Primary Care Physician will manage indirect patient care tasks, collaborate with on-site providers, and ensure effective communication regarding patient medical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient calls and portal messages requiring provider input
• Review and refill medication requests while coordinating patient care with triage and care coordination nurses
• Communicate lab and diagnostic test results to patients and complete peer-to-peer reviews with insurance companies for authorization

Required qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO
• Current DEA registration
• New Hampshire medical license
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in primary care
