Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time New Hampshire Licensed Triage Nurse will provide telephone-based nursing assessments and guidance, determining appropriate next steps in patient care while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient calls and assess needs through active listening and open-ended questions
• Conduct nursing assessments and provide recommendations using established guidelines, protocols, and algorithms
• Document calls, assessments, and actions in the patient medical record while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• NH RN license or RN license from another Compact State
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire
• Ergonomically appropriate home workspace and high-speed internet
• Private workspace for confidential patient conversations and HIPAA compliance
