Job Summary

Overseeing the continuous identity and location verification processes for remote employees, the full-time salaried New Hire Compliance Manager will manage pre-hire validation, onboarding checks, and ongoing monitoring while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-point identity validation during recruitment and monitor Day 1 New Hire Orientation for compliance
• Manage operational compliance for continuous monitoring systems and enforce physical location audits
• Act as the primary compliance contact for identity discrepancies, leading incident response and cross-functional coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Criminal Justice, Information Security, Compliance, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Recruitment, or HR Operations with leadership in US HR program delivery
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and understanding of data privacy guidelines
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with a firm adherence to ethical standards
• Exceptional executive communication skills
