Required qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in New Jersey or Pennsylvania, with a preference for both
• At least 3 years of employment law experience
• Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage cases independently
• Trial experience preferred but not required
