- Defend payor-provider litigation on behalf of health insurers

Required qualifications:
- Licensed and admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare litigation
- Experience with ERISA litigation is a plus
- Strong academic background with proven research skills
