New Jersey ERP Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support a snack food manufacturer's Odoo implementation across multiple sites, the part-time contract ERP Implementation Consultant will provide oversight, challenge design decisions, and guide the project through go-live while working mainly remotely with potential site visits in New Jersey.

Key responsibilities

• Review the proposed design and configuration against actual plant and business processes
• Focus on Order to Cash and production planning, contributing to manufacturing, inventory, and purchasing discussions
• Identify risks early and enhance testing and go-live readiness in collaboration with executives and operations teams

Required qualifications

• Hands-on ERP implementation experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Direct Odoo implementation experience is strongly preferred
• Strong functional background with operational depth for leading process discussions
• Knowledge of regulated food environments, including lot control and traceability
• Ability to provide independent assessments rather than simply validating vendor decisions
