Job Summary

Leading client service for middle and large accounts, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Account Manager will create service plans, conduct strategy meetings, and perform coverage gap analyses while collaborating with senior colleagues and subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver service plans for clients
• Participate in strategy meetings and conduct coverage gap analyses
• Oversee policy documentation, confirmations, and audits

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
• Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms
• Proficient in Excel and self-serve portals
