Job Summary
Seeking a New Jersey Licensed Associate Attorney, this full-time position offers an opportunity to manage complex litigation cases, including professional liability and catastrophic personal injury, while receiving mentorship and developing litigation skills in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Maintain professional communication with clients and build relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff at all levels, mentoring junior attorneys to contribute to team growth and success
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of New Jersey
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
