To support contracting needs across the product lifecycle, the remote Contract Attorney will ensure agreements comply with regulatory, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and tracking contract milestones.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical operations, supply chain, sourcing, procurement, quality assurance, and intellectual property
- Support contracting needs across the product lifecycle, from development to commercial supply
- Track contract milestones, renewal deadlines, and amendment requirements
Required qualifications:
- New Jersey Licensed Attorney
- Strong understanding of regulatory, quality, and GMP requirements
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts
- Background in pharmaceuticals or rare disease industry preferred
