New Jersey Licensed AV Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing consultancy team, the full-time New Jersey Licensed AV Consultant will provide engineering support to sales, document customer requirements, and develop system designs for audiovisual solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support to the sales team in a detailed and time-sensitive manner
• Interface with clients to document requirements and job site conditions throughout the design development process
• Develop Bill of Materials, Statements of Work, and system design drawings based on customer specifications

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role within the audio-visual industry
• Technical certifications such as InfoComm CTS, with Advanced CTS-D certification preferred
• Experience with collaboration technologies like Teams, Zoom, and WebEx
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Visio, or similar diagrammatic software tools
• Knowledge of video and audio conferencing service standards
