Job Summary
To support risk management initiatives, a New Jersey Licensed BI Developer will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on data management, analytics, and reporting while developing Power BI dashboards and ensuring data integrity across multiple systems.
Key responsibilities
- Source, aggregate, and manage data to support governance and risk reporting while maintaining data integrity standards
- Analyze data to identify trends and emerging risks, translating findings into actionable insights for senior management
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that align with established risk appetite and deliver timely insights to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5-10 years of experience in risk, governance, or risk reporting; 2-5 years may be considered based on skill set
- Strong quantitative and data analytics experience, including developing risk metrics and indicators
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and experience with Power Apps for data workflows
